Due to the demand for our services, Palladion has several full time management positions available. We require individuals who are professional and service oriented. Prior experience managing hourly personnel in a customer service environment is preferred. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and demonstrate strong communication skills is essential. College degree required. Current management opportunities include:

Hourly Positions

Palladion has both full and part time hourly positions available in high-end commercial and residential buildings in the Boston area. We require individuals with customer service experience and a positive attitude.  High school diploma and a clean criminal record are minimum requirements.  All positions are T accessible.   Current hourly positions include:

  • Concierge 
  • Lead Concierge
  • Security Services Officer
  • Security Services Supervisor
